Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snabbl mobile app and the website at snabbl.app (together, the "Service"), provided by Wabi LLC ("Snabbl", "we", "us"), the company behind the Snabbl app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Snabbl helps tradespeople and small businesses create, send, and track invoices, estimates, and expenses, and lets your customers pay invoices online. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the invoices, tax figures, and other content you create, and for meeting your own tax and accounting obligations.
Your account
You need an account to use most features. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
Subscriptions and billing
Snabbl offers paid plans — currently Solo ($9/month), Pro ($19/month), and Crew ($36/month) — each starting with a 14‑day free trial. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In‑App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID.
- Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID / App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you do not cancel during the free trial, it converts to a paid subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
Getting paid (client payments)
Online invoice payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, not by Snabbl. To accept payments you may need to complete Stripe's onboarding and accept Stripe's terms. Snabbl is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for the underlying goods or services, disputes, chargebacks, or taxes. Payment processing fees may apply as disclosed by the payment provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not use Snabbl to send fraudulent invoices, infringe others' rights, break the law, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create in Snabbl (your invoices, clients, logo, and other data). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, back up, and display that content to provide the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own copies; the app supports exporting your data.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Snabbl is a tool to help you invoice and get paid; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snabbl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wabi LLC is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
