Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wabi LLC ("Snabbl", "we", "us"), the company behind the Snabbl app, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Snabbl mobile app and our website at snabbl.app (together, the "Service"). Snabbl is an invoicing app for tradespeople and small businesses. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service, and to be plain about what happens to it.

Who we are

Wabi LLC, the company behind Snabbl, is the data controller for the personal information described here. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@snabbl.app.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email those services share with us. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Supabase). We do not store your password — sign-in is managed by Supabase and the provider you choose.

Business and invoicing data

To do its job, the app stores the content you create: your business profile (name, address, logo, currency, tax settings), your clients and saved items, and your invoices, estimates, expenses, and payment records. This data is stored on your device and, where you enable it, backed up and synced through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) under your own Apple ID, and associated with your account.

Subscription information

Snabbl subscriptions are sold through Apple's In‑App Purchase and managed with RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and related receipt information, but we never receive or store your card details — Apple handles the payment.

Client payments

When your customer pays an invoice online, the payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are handled by Stripe — they are not stored on your phone or on Snabbl's servers. We receive the payment status (for example, "paid") so the app can update the invoice.

Device and usage data

Like most apps, we may process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, such as app version, device type, and diagnostic logs. We use local notifications on your device for reminders (for example, overdue invoices); these are generated on your device.

How we use your information

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting), and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service securely. You can withdraw consent or object to certain processing as described below.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Snabbl, our users, or the public.

Cookies and the website

Our marketing website (snabbl.app) uses only what is strictly necessary to serve the page. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and a JavaScript library from a public CDN to render the product previews. We do not use advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies on this site. The Snabbl app itself does not use cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from within the app; doing so removes your account and associated data from our systems, subject to any records we are required to retain by law. You can also remove app data stored in your iCloud from your Apple ID settings.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers, and access is restricted. Payments run through certified providers (Apple and Stripe), so sensitive card details never sit on your device or ours. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry‑standard safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@snabbl.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers.

Children

Snabbl is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
